I ordered 4 tickets ($721.00) for a concert at Comcast Center in Mansfield, Mass. I paid $25 extra for express delivery, and was told that the tickets were going to be delivered next day, before 3 pm, by FedEx. They were not delivered. I called FedEx with the tracking no. And was told they had the label, but not the package - in other words, they didn't have the tickets to deliver. I called bestshowticketslasvegas.com, and they said it wasn't their responsibility - "We are only the broker" they responded, and they gave me another 800 number to call, who they said was the "real" ticket seller. This is a go-around that has lasted for hours, and I still don't have my tickets, or any definite promise of delivery, or any promise of a refund for the express delivery which I did not receive. Don't use this site - it is a rip-off.
