I rented two movies. I received a record message from blockbuster that movies where overdue... So i returned them on the same week. Now, the company policy stated that after a month the movie will be purchased by the renter even if they dont want them... And withour consent... My question: why i should pay over 17.00 dollar for each movie that have been used numerous time by other renters... When i can get a new movie on a package and labeled for 15.00 at walmart... Blockbuster steal the customer with this ridiculos policy... I will pay at least 10.00 for used movie but not 17.00 or 35.00so, i was only notified by blockbuster once about this purchase... And because i did pay or respond... They had sent this amount to collection agency nafs 800-613-1802... Messing my credit rate... Blockbuster should be punish... As the credit card did... Please dont deal with them any more... Go to nexflix... Is the best... And movies are cheaper and delivered at your home... What a nightmare: (
