I just went through the same scam by this company as all other postings here. They called and solicited our reservations for an upcoming trade show. We pre-paid in full. Turns out they do not have a block of rooms secured at the hotel that they promised and have run away with $4k. Luckily the hotel is workiing with us to secure rooms and I am disputing the charges with Visa, but this is just plain WRONG.
I have done a lot of research and found that we all have to file a complaint with the FTC. Please do this -it was actually easy. Please call 877-382-4357. They will not take action unless there are enough complaints. The President of IEA is CD Palmer - make sure you give that information as he owns several other companies in the LV area - Xmcorp.com, XRadio.Biz and KWAV. I would hate for him to scam us all and shut down the company just to reopen under another name and avoid a paper trail at the FTC. The FTC waits until they have found a pattern of complaints, so my complaint alone will do nothing - please call them - it is really simple I was off the phone in 5 minutes. CD Palmer is the Owner/President - don't forget that - we need to shut this guy down. Thanks!
