I bought a cupon from Livingsocial for a course. The coupon was going to expire on September 1; a couple weeks ago (middle of August) I called to enroll, but they told me they did not have dates available for me before the cupon was going to expire, so I propose them to give me a date later taking in conideration that I was calling before the coupon was expired and they refused. They told me instead they could credit what I paid for the coupon to credit it to the full price of the course, so I would be paying the full price amount anyway...
I think that is pathetic, I went to living social throug their robotic automated responses to my emails and they also refused to help mentioning that the coupons are not refundable after 5 days of the purchase. I dont want to invest more of my time on this; Just wanted to make some people know, so they are aware...
This guys know that like me, people is busy to stand making claims agains them, so they always win.
