I named Northwest airlines to request easily might change my trip from the 5:50 trip to an 11am trip on a single time. The very first broker I talked with was difficult to comprehend, therefore obviously we did not get everywhere.
Once The second broker responded I questioned easily might change from later within the morning to an early on trip that evening she set my on previous without requesting. While she returned she spoke nonstop after which proceeded to inform me that it'd charge $1700 to simply change the trip. I expected her why it'd charge that much but she'dnot stop speaking. After I requested to get a boss she got furious after which hung-up on me.
I hate northwest airlines. I will continue to travel southwest.
