Darcars Mitsubishi Collision Ripoff dishonest terrible customer service and bodyshop work terrible

I took my car to Darcars Collision Center to have them work on my car and when I went to pick my car up the bodywork and paint job looked like someone off the street had painted it.

First the left front fender and front bumper were to be REPLACED and hood and back fender REPAIRED. I went to pick it up and the hood had big dents in it, the bumper was broke, the paint on my fender and bumper was already starting to chip the back fender had big runs and fish eyes in it, my door lock was pushed in about an inch and the clear coat on my right passenger door was all chipped off.

The estimator Vick Doudaklian stated that the work done was the best they could do I then told him they better fix my car and he needed to have it done right not looking like someone off the street painted it and I didn't want it to look like Sh* and he said to me "Don't tell me how to do my work that's why your radio was stolen and you have a burn in your seat" I then became offended and told him I took my radio out so him and his guys in the bodyshop wouldn't steal it and to get his manager.

John Ozbenian the body shop manager came out and looked at my car and told me he would get the repairs done to come back in a few days. When I returned to pick my vehicle up the only thing John had fixed was my hood and he told me that was it I needed to contact my insurance and walked away.

I picked my car up nad noticed the bumper which was suppose to be brand new was broke on the bottom and the fender wasn't lined up with the pillar and door so I once again called and now spoke with a manager Pat who apologized and told me to bring my car in to have the bumper replaced and when i picked it up the bodyshop had put a slob of glue on the bottom of the bumper and the paint on the top of the fender still looked terrible but I just left and didn't say anything but thank you.

Today November 11 the paint on my fender is chipping from work darcars Collision Center did and i now have to deal with these rude arrogant people once again for them to probably tell me it's normal for the paint to chip because THEIR BODYSHOP MEN CAN"T PAINT TO SAVE THEIR LIVES. As a result they say they will honor their work up till a year.
