The Office of Financial Regulation has received your e-mail regarding the concerns you have with Chaneys Used Cars.
To ensure that that your complaint is reviewed as quickly as possible, the following information should also be provided with the complaint:
A summary of the complaint detailing its nature, name of the firm and individual (s) involved, and what was said or done that resulted in your need to file a complaint.
Copies of documents concerning the matter: Provide copies of all documents in your possession including but not limited to: contracts, account statements, disclosure documents, cancelled checks or money wires, sales materials, and advertisements.
Correspondence with the parties involved.
