Company agreed to move my 89 year old father from NY to North Carolina in June. Movers arrived and like other complainants the estimated price changed. I paid because I had no choice. The furniture arrived damaged. I filled out the required forms and sent pictures. Tried numerous times by e mail and phone to reach the woman (who was never there) to find out the status. Finally involved the BBB and to date 2016 this matter has still not been resolved. Received an unprofessionally written response sent to the BBB with inaccurate versions of what happened. Sent the following photos. Never a return call and the matter remains unsettled. Broken headboard and bed frame. This company wrapped it themselves. Missing glass doors. Almost two years later and unresolved.
