Our pickup and delivery with PODS were fine, however, when we opened our unit, we discovered that the roof had been damaged (there was a large gash in it - that looked like PODS had tried to repair it, not that they bothered to tell us that) and much of our stored furniture had been ruined or damaged due to rain. I have submitted the formal complaint/damage form twice, and called them 3-4 times weekly for over a month, to no resolution. Joseph Cooney, my "specialist, " in particular, is appalling - I have left him no fewer than 10 messages and still haven't heard from him again.
Other storage companies MAY stink but PODS DEFINITELY STINKS. Stay far away!!!
