I visited KFC/KFG on Thursday 3-8-12 in Memphis Tennesse on Winchester and Ridgeway (not sure of store number). I’ve never received such poor customer service before in all my 31 years. First… I was asked to hold at the speaker (window down/pouring rain) for several minutes. After finally placing my order when I make it to the window everything that was ordered was in one box.
Even tho they were separate orders and one order was for my daughter that was going to a different location. I asked why would u place separate orders in one box. The order taker response ” I didn’t make the order bit I’ll have someone box it separately. Oh might I add she handed me the soaking wet box of chicken without a bag… (pouring rain). I asked for honey, she gave me a handful of honey that was all stick together.
I asked for a mgr. When the mgr came to the window I began telling him my concern. He looked at me as if I wasnt saying anything to him that matter. He then asked well is there anything else. I told him Im still waiting for the honey. His response “all of the honey is stuck together” my response ” well wipe it off” he then responded” NO I’m not going yo wipe it off” I asked why wouldn’t you. He said the same reason u want.
I asked for his name he lookedat himself up and down and said my name is RD, RP or something of that nature. I was so upset I asked for the corp office number he gave me the number and walked away after closing the window in my face. I will never visit that location again.
