Steak And Shake
Horrible service treatment, idiot of employees that work there and discriminate against customers

Have been a regular at this steak ns hake and have had some problems in the past with bad service... Some really rude employees... A female and male worker in particular that despite many complaints still work there and still are rude if encountered with... Have complained to upper management and management almost tried mocking me
or putting me down for filing a complaint... Generally the service tehre is 'alright' and no major problems. I went there tonite... To be served by a nasty rude young looking female caucasian employee I placed my order and went to the window— and several times repeated that I wanted to add something to the order... The girl
heard me fine but kept ignoring me and walking off... I once again told her to add something to my order... And she ignored me... And kept walking off to her manager... What a nutjob I'm thinking..

I'm adding acottage cheese to my order how hard is that to understand. She kept pretending she could not comprehend plain and simple english and was purposely just ignoring me... Once again I said to her
"add a cottage cheese" she ignored me and kept staring at me and I said to her "can you get your manager or someone else since you seem to not be able to understand english very well"...
She heard that just fine and went to her manager who made a snide remark about me "oh that's the girl who"... Excuse me?

Then the idiot of a manager came... And I told her again... I repeated my order like 10 times to that employee who imo is a psycho who would not take my order... The manager was a lunatic too and was being rude as well... Just two idiots there trying to givea customer a difficult time for no reason... Why on earth
shud anyone have to repeat add an item like 10 times and get treated so badly by these crazed employee losers... And low lifes that work at these places... The mgr then handed me my stuff and so did the girl... With an attitude... What stupid employees work at this place... And rude pathetic people... They should
be fired for trying to give people a hard time to be honest... instead of being allowed to be jackasses and even trash talk customers for no reason...
