This chick fila is racist and they spit in your chicken
sandwiches. I was a regular customer at this place, and went there often. They often served cold, stale and bad food, and if you requested fresh food, or at least hot food from them, they would be mean to you and bully you. They fired a hispanic girl for being very rude after my friends and I reported her very bad attitude, and they caught her mistreating other customers. But even the other employees consistently are mean and arrogant towards customers. One day they gave me a burnt sandwich and it was almost black - I kindly asked them if they could give me one that was normal because eating a sandwich that burnt hurts my throat and it's really distasteful and unappealing. They made a HUGE fuss over it, and said they couldn't replace it but that they would give me a refund. I told them that I didn't want a refund and that I just wanted a regular chicken sandwich (how big of a problem is it to grab a non-charred chicken sandwich and give it to a customer). The manager came angrily showing me pictures of what they considered to be 'burnt' sandwiches. I explained to them that it didn't matter because the sandwich was almost black, and it was not edible. After having to wait there like 10 minutes, they finally decided they could give me another chicken sandwich. Of course I didn't expect the "new" sandwich they gave me to be what it was-it was cold, completely drenched in saliva (or something very gooey and wet which had to be saliva) and utterly disgusting. If I knew better back then I would have kept the sandwich had it taken to a lab and be tested and sued those crazy mean jerks... But I went back to once again attempt to get an edible sandwich. I was in a rush to get to work and needed something to eat. I was polite the first time but this time, I explained to them, that the sandwich was drenched in something wet, and that I once again would like to have just a regular chicken sandwich. They were extremely rude, hostile, and kept handing me their phone and telling me to talk to the 'owner' on the phone. I was a young college student at the time and was just like. I just want a chicken sandwich. The people who work at that chick-fil-a are bullies, arrogant jerks, and complete a—holes. They were acting mean and acting all in a frenzy as if it was a such a huge deal just to satisfy a customer who was requesting something as simple as an edible non-burnt non-spit on sandwich. On top of that, the second sandwich they gave me they obviously told someone to spit on and did it to be mean, evil and spiteful. I told them (still politely) I didn't want to talk to the owner on the phone. And that I just wanted an edible chicken sandwich. The very arrogant and mean manager then told me that I wasn't allowed back at the restaurant, and even had the sick audacity to say if I ever came back they would call the cops on me. All this for requesting a normal chicken sandwich which every customer deserves to get. On top of that they gave me a sandwich that someone obviously spit on. My family and friends have all had problems at this restaurant. My aunt has had numerous problems with their service and frequently complains that the workers are jerks, and even stopped going to that particular chick-fila. We all really like chick fila but the workers there especially in that area and that restaurant are arrogant jerks, evil and mean, and bully good customers and are mean and rude to them... Two years later I went back to that restaurant just to get a drink, and one of the workers there arrogantly said "you're not supposed to be here" im thinking. Excuse me? Since when do young 20 something year old decent citizens, students, and people get treated in such a horrible, mean, and unfair manner. Only in this area, city and at restaurants like this chick-fila. I just want people to know the kind of arrogant mean evil hostile people that work at that chick fila... They ban young women requesting edible food from the restaurant, after serving them bad food and spitting on their sandwich, and dont even serve edible food. They treat good customers like scam artists even if the customer goes to the restaurant almost everyday, and then arrogantly just ban them, and even go so low as to threatening to call the cops on them because they are so low, pathetic, and evil. They act as if asking for hot food is an insult to their 'frying' skills. They insult and bully college students and minorities for sport, and are very rude and mean. The worst part is chick fila is so fake - they have this huge long creed about how they respect and treat customers well and care about them. But chick fila never cares about customers in any way. They only care about allowing their employees to insult, harass and threaten young women and customers in a hostile, horrible and sick way. I wrote to the customer service department or corporate office about this situation but received no response. These mean, jerk employees at chick-fil-a should never get away with treating customers and people in this terrible manner.
