A certain subway restaurant I go to regularly is not the kind of service you give to a customer. Rude and inpatient, the manager blows up easily and obviously has a small temper tolerance. And the business looks like they don't prepare their employees well enough for training. And I believe that is the fault that falls upon the team and manager, as the manager scolds the unprepared employee in front of customers while preparing sandwiches. Rather should they be upset with the employee, the manager should always pull the employee to the side to discuss the matter in private, not expose the employee in front of customers, for that is unprofessional and very embarrassing for the employee and customer, because I have been this customer. Certain coworkers dont seem o be very welcoming to helping each other out either. They may work together to serve customer service, but they hardly help one another as one struggles. I doubt I'll ever be coming back to this specific restaurant.
