Todd Schwartz Inept, Unprofessional, NO Communication, Full of excuses

After over 2 months of hassle, we are throwing in the towel. First Class Funding, LLC has won and cost us over $6,000 in lost earnest money, deposits and such. With a credit score in the upper 600's, 7 yrs on the job and debt ratios of 25/38, I would have thought this should be somewhat easy for a first home purchase. Was I wrong, Herb, the loan officer from First Class Funding, LLC, not only doesn't return calls in a timely manner if at all, but then when you finally speak to him, nothing he says makes any sense, and NEVER believe "Docs are going to be at title".

This was a complete nightmare. First Class Funding, LLC is inept and incapable of doing any kind of financing. As for me, my wife and 3 children, I guess having OUR dream home isn't going to happen.
