They don't have a phone...! Really, they don't have a flippin' phone!!!
The following is a copy of a futile e-mail that I sent to the CSRs at Square prior to discovering that they are hidden and unaccessable for gutless reason:
SQUARE, INC. Subject — 0.35 cent debit by Square Inc from my SunTrust bank accountcost me $36.00 Details — *Please Expedite Correction of this Banking Error* Hello Accounting Dept and or Customer Service Dept (unavailable by phone), On October 12 Square Inc 20111011A2 debited my newlyactivated SunTrust Bank account in the amount of 0.35 cents after having madetwo deposits earlier the same day of 0.08 cents and 0.27 cents. As presumably innocent (or not) as they mayhave been for verification purposes, the net result of those transactions costme $36.00 in an overdraft charge. Sincethat time I have been adamantly seeking a way to contact Square via phone andor e-mail without any success, as you seem to purposely have no desire for yourproduct users to communicate with you conveniently. Consequently, a local Apple store employee could only offerme this route to solving a disturbing problem that I have encountered beforeeven getting to utilize your product... Even to his surprise. Please contact me via phone: (xxx) xxx-xxxx or e-mail: Please provide a return e-mail phone and or fax number towhich I may copy you on my SunTrust Bank Statement evidence that proves theerror caused by Square as stated above, for your records and necessarytime-sensitive correction (s). Feel free to call me with any relative questions you mayhave. I am looking forward to doingerror-free business with your company and the Square product.
