Thus, becoming suspicious, I checked their name on the Internet and read a number of complaints from others who were scammed. So I demanded a refund and they refuse. They refuse to reveal their address or names of people in charge, making it impossible to make contact other than their email address. My attempts for a refund has been going on for months, and they act like they could not care less, claiming it was my fault.
