They claim to have physical records of past payments but there are payments has mysteriously vanished&although they had it long enough to credit my account with half the amount of the money order. So they must have received it.
Customer service was rude and accusatory suggesting that I was lying and that there was nothing that they could do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none were available.
All I want is a complete detail of this supposed credit card that I had. I would like to see what was purchased, because I have no record of a Capitol One credit card.
