This company is a huge rip off. The dispatch treats there drivers like s*t when you want to go home. Guys are getting hurt on the polaris run cause of the way they have to load the machines. If you have ever seen the vidFeo im sure you know what im talking about. The orientation money you will never see. The miles are pathetic. If you can live on 400 dollars a week and sacrifice your family for that ammount of money, your crazy. This company is firing and threatening to fire good people for small reasons. If you dont belive what im saying, apply with them and do yourself a favor and talk to there employees. They tell you the world is yours when you work there and treat you like shit when your in. Tobin is some bipolar weirdo. I been driving for 14 years and i have never seen such a joke of a company in my life. The orientation was a total waste of time and i never seen any pay from it. Once i got out there working i never got miles, i was f*king around trying to set up the very dangerous ramps to load and unload the 4 wheelers, The dispatch takes forever to send messages through the qualcomm and the miles are a joke. I would protect your DAC from this company cause they are the biggest joke i have ever seen in my life.
A friend of mine got them good... He wanted to see this girl in Mn so he applied with Koch and got a free plane ride there one way with free motel for 4 days with a meal. After the orientation was over he told them he got another job offer lol... F*k koch trucking... What a joke they are...
