Be it known to all:

I Pamela Diaz worked for this company for 2 years. During the last 6 months it became apparent to me that the company was stealing from consumer bank accounts and credit cards. The company owner has a " no refund" policy no matter what the situation. After careful evaluation of the company and it's practices I resigned my position with the company and am now warning all people to stay away from them. DO NOT give them your checking account info they will drain your account.
Here is an intra office email that was sent to me from Marcio Andrade:

To: Pamela Diaz
Subject: This is the e-mail Reminder that will go out to Lending Specialists once the EZU Status
Submit Importance: High Now that this Client File is in the Submit Stage, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you remember the following: REMEMBER: 1. ALWAYS Obtain as much in Credit Card Authorizations as possible BEFORE you start Submissions to Lenders. 2. ALWAYS Submit the Quick & Easy Submissions ON THE SAME DAY as you obtain the Credit Card Authorizations, that way you can settle on those Authorizations right away and earn Commissions faster. If you don't submit right away your Authorizations will expire! 3. NEVER Submit a Client File unless you have at least $2,500 to $5,000 in Valid Credit Card Authorizations PRIOR TO SUBMISSION. The more the better of course. 4. NEVER Work with a Client who refuses to provide Valid Credit Cards with enough available credit!

If your reading this you would be right - It was his policy to capture as much funds on a consumers card as possible, make up submissions to lenders and grab the money from their cards..
Stay away from this company.

I would also like to apologize to anyone I refused a refund to - I was follwing orders and I am sorry for what happened to you.
