RCI, Inc. I bought a Corporation from them for 10K and never got corporation or refund of 10k

In March i was sent unsolicited e-mail to purchase a corporation with tradeslines and attached funding signed a contract with a Sam Brown in person at above location in Philadelphia PA. For an amt. Of $10,000 and i will have the corporation (shelf Corp) in 45-60 days or will be given a full refund. I have neither recieved a Corporation or a refund til this day. This company Northstar LLC is a FRAUD AND A SCAM... A total RIP-OFF... Stay away... Steve garzone
