I owe money on 2 credit cards. I've never had a credit card

FNCB in Sparks NV says i owe money on 2 credit cards. They had some information of mine. The last 4 digits of my social security number for instance. I can't figure out how hey got that. But the cards were actually my partners cards and have been paid off since 2000. I sent them a letter requesting more information. Like a copy of my signature and some statements with my information on them. I sent it return reciept. I haven't heard back from them yet..
