I had lost my job of 8 years because of illness. No one could figure out what was wrong with me, I just felt like I was literally disintegrating. Debilitating
fatigue, Migraines, loss of joint functions and muscle strength, memory loss, vision problems, loss of co-ordination, and fading sanity.
I had to cash in my 401K to save my home from foreclosure, as I continued to try and find work and when I did, my symptoms didn't allow me to keep working for very long.
The next year the IRA wanted their 25%, but I didn't have it, while still trying to keep my (little) house. When they didn't get it, they threated to garnishee my wages.
I found TNG (taxpayers negotiation group) and "Bob" Promised that he could help me. I borrowed money from a relative to pay his fee, and just like everyone else, I still owe the IRA, and I'm out over 2000$. And I just kept getting sicker, and the bill pile keeps getting deeper.
The IRA still wants their money, TNG got theirs, and I didn't get the help and support that I was promised.in fact, I always thought that you were supposed to received something when you paid for it. I didn't see the services I was promised for my money.
I sincerely believe that 'what goes around comes around" and that, so called "BOB" will find himself on the wrong side of a court bench in a class action lawsuit against a wonderful attorney that will show the judge that people like him aren't allowed to take advantage of those of us who are in desperate weakened states, and looking for a hand up instead of a hand out!
I'm not the type of person that asks for help. I have always tried to fend for myself. But when those dark days of desperation set in and you feel like the walls have already closed in on you, and you have no where else to turn, you're afraid, scared, don't know where to turn; and you see that hand that "just maybe" can give you a little lift... And you reach for it. And it lets you Go! That hand was "TNG"!
I'm in shark infested waters, with the government waiting for the kill, and most days, I really don't care if I wake up the next morning; and TNG left me in this position.
If their is a God, this company will be prosecuted.
