They refused treatment or medical service of any kind.
On Feb 13th 0f 2001 I became injured on the job for a Company called Hot Services I whent aprox three months with no medical treatment. Gallagher Bassett Claims rep stated the company Hot Services was not on there list of insured clients, in realizing that by my self I could not get any HELP I hired a Lawyer and bingo they magicly found the policy, but even after that they have been very unpridictble and never on time with any of there
obligations to me mandated to them by law.
How can they get away with this is there anything we can do,
You know, a swift kick in the ass pherhaps
