A time had problems with my payments. After much figuring it proved to be a technical problem on my side of the website. EU pays well supported me and finally found the problem. Now the payments work fine and I have a perfect payment provider to EU Pays which is not expensive and offers many payment solutions.

I am a rational person and believe in appreciating good things at first place that is why I wrote this review. If you want a payment gateway company that can handle big transactions, enable you to process substantial amounts of payments out of credit methods throughout the world then EU Pays is ideal. The staffs are extremely polite and helpful. Yes, you've got to pay high for it but it’s worth the investment if you've got a fair bit of options and do higher value transactions. Though little irregularities in payment policies which needs to be checked at company’s end.

We kind of liked the merchant services and policies of EU Pays. They let us charge the customers using virtual terminal which is unique yet easy concept for and my customers. Since, I got the merchant account from them I started receiving more positive feedback from customers. The only problem I faced till now is their English accent on the machine does not let me understand the number of the extension that I have to dial. These sometimes create state of confusion.
