I opened a checking account with Bank of America, November. I added a savings account which I had an order for transfer from my checking to fund my savings every beginning of the month. In the month of March, I received a wire transfer from my husband who does not live in the US, this same month I had a contract to supply wedding outfits, totaling $2 I started receiving funds for these outfits in the form of wires into my account, I proceeded to use these funds to purchase the neede materials and to offset some debts incurred from the contract. Unknown to me, the bank has flagged my account for fraud, by the 15th of April the bank closed my account without my knowledge, I wasn't too bothered about this but then they refused to give my deposit stating that it's not my money. I asked them whose money it is and have they received any complaint about the wires? No one would tell me why they think they can hold on to my hard earned money ($9508.00). The only thing they would say is that the are keeping my money. I need help getting my money from Bank of America, they're taking laws into their hands and robbing innocent people of their money in the guise of suspicious activities.
