I fell for the scam from Dermaktive to only pay shipping and handling of $12.00, risk-free! 30-Day money back guarantee they stated? 14 days after my risk-free trial they took $120.00 from my bank account, when I called to ask why and explain that I haven't received any additional product, they informed me that the 14 day trail period was over and I hadn't canceled within the allotted time frame? I asked about the 30 day money back guarantee and he proceeded to tell me that the 30 days would have started with the order date of the product, not the date received. Two weeks later, an additional $58 was deducted from my account and I called the customer service number to inquire about this new charge. They informed me that this was for the next months bottle of product (1 bottle), which I did not receive until this week (1/3). They deducted the money from my account approximately three weeks prior to even shipping the product! I am furious and will NEVER do business with these people again! Fraud like this must be stopped. This company is making millions off of unsuspecting, hard working people...
