DermAktive (not to be confused with Dermactive with a C) is a big scam. The "free trial" charges you $12 for shipping along since they charge to ship them separately but they show up in the same package and then in the ordering process, you are supposed to read the fine print that says that if you don't contact them within 10 days, they will charge your credit card for $126. Funny that the product took 10 days to arrive and the confirmation email they send says NOTHING about this 10 day thing. Of course, then you have 30 day money back guarantee that mysterious becomes 21 days from the date of the ORDER and not delivery. No amount of arguing about these poor business practices does any good. And frankly, neither does the wrinkle crap they send.
