These guys are HORRIBLE. I contacted my city's TV Consumer Reporter about 1 year ago, they had to answer for all my unpaid claims and had to pay up! A year later, THEY ARE DOING IT AGAIN! I urge anyone who is having problems w/ them to put them on the news! Since they are changing underwriters soon, make sure you get the NEW co. name.
Anyone want to get a lawsuit going, I'm in!
