Gail Murphy runs this business. I hired her to haul a horse from Alabama to California.initially when we spoke, she seemed very nice. However, she was difficult to pin down for a shipping date and even more difficult to get a commitment from. She did eventually send me a contract, which I signed and we prepaid the full amount. However, when the time came to drop off my horse, she decided that she did not want to drive all the way to the agreed upon drop off point. When I told her that I would not be able to meet her truck three hours away from the agreed upon destination, she started texting me insulting things and trying to bully me into coming to meet her. I was appalled as I have never been treated this way in a business/professional transaction. We did finally negotiate a meeting spot that was 45 minutes away (not the location in the contract). Once I got my mare, I did some research and realized that she used to operate under a different name: P.E.T. S, and that there are so many complaints about her and her services online that she must have changed her name to save face. I was just relieved that my horse did in fact arrive safely. Many people online have horror stories about her transportation services. If you are considering using her to haul your horse, I encourage you to do a little research before hand. I certainly wish that I had!
