I purchased a dachshund puppy from Joe Rue on July 2 for $500. He stated that part of the purchase; he would be sending American Kennel Club registration paperwork within the next month. After numerous emails and 5 phone calls, all answered by Joe. I have yet to receive any paperwork.
I am seeking a refund of $200 for purchasing a dachshund puppy from Joe Rue without any paperwork. The total purchase amount on July 2 was $500.

I am responsible for not getting Mr. Doe’s this paperwork in a timely manner. I have been dealing with serious medical issues. The business is not a corporation anymore. I went on the AKC site this morning and ordered the paperwork. The paperwork takes 2-3 weeks. I will send Mr. Doe the AKC paperwork the first week of January or the $200.00

Hello, I have not had any communication with the Shasta Dachshund LLC, Mr. Joe Rue has not tried to contact me to resolve the matter about this most recent complaint. During a phone conversation in January after my last complaint against him he offered to refund my money. He has not made any attempt to make good on his promise and I am now filing another complaint against him.

Hello, as of December 5 Joe Rue has not fulfilled the agreement that he made to refund the money he said he would. Joe Rue said that the puppy we purchased was a purebred and would come with all AKC paperwork. To this day I have not seen anything. I will know for next time to watch out for crooked breeders that like to jip their customers out of every dime. I am sure Joe Rue has done this before, he does not have a very good standing with the BBB or any other breeders in the area that I checked with.
