Refusal to honor website pricing

I have wasted almost three weeks time, and disappointed many others due to the false sense of integrity JCWhitney has in honoring purchases made. In that period I placed an order for an Aries Grill Guard in which the site stated it was In Stock. After a number of days sale was cancelled for reasons that it was found not to be in stock. I made use of the online chat and later called in and placed order again after verification that it was in warehouse and would be sent out. Cancelled again. Final attempt after speaking with a manager they ordered directly from another warehouse and took my credit card over the phone and again days later cancelled. For that amount of wasted time my money was drawn out of my account for the purchases I would imagine should be a form of an unlawful act that I'm leaning to question It was verified that my item would be mailed to me. Even the managers were involved and assured me of this. I received and email many days later saying it's out of stock and on one occasion an order was cancelled by myself is false. I'm not sure what happened but the fact that money is handed over, how many times does this happen to where it's determined that a some form of a scheme is taken place. That could just as well be a profitable business venture followed by jail time!
